I happened upon Blue Nile while doing online research on diamonds. After thoroughly searching the Internet, going to mall jewelry stores and Jeweler's Row in Philadelphia, I decided to take a risk on Blue Nile. I had read numerous reviews and found most to be overwhelmingly positive. I bought a .73 Signature Princess, E color, VS1 in a four prong platinum setting for $4,049. The order was simple and the same as cash makes this a perfect way to buy a ring. The ring came exactly when it was suppose to. Still skeptical, I took the ring to a local diamond appraiser with an excellent reputation around the country. He confirmed what I already knew, there was no risk in buying from Blue Nile and their diamonds are top of the line. He had done work with Blue Nile diamonds in the past and had good things to say. The ring appraised, at a realistic retail value, for $6,123, $2,100 over the price I paid. This ring sparkles like no other I have seen before. Blue Nile allowed me to put more quality in the ring for far less of a price. I hope this review, from a skeptical buyer, helps someone make the same good decision I was fortunate to make. Not only did the site provide an excellent selection of pearl jewelry, the site also gave detailed information about how to buy pearls. The package arrive promptly and didn't cost a dime to ship. I purchased an engagement ring through their website. THe website has a wealth of information and an excellent selection. I recieved the ring quickly and it was stunning. I had an independent appraisal at a local jeweler that came in at over 40% of its purchase price. Also the customer service that I recieved was first notch with an educated representative and no waiting on hold.

Wonderful place to buy my girl's diamond/plat ring. It was a wonderful ring that looked exactly as the website made be expect. I will probably use them to buy our wedding bands. I was very pleased. As good as they are there is no reason to be hesitant with spending four figures through this online merchant.

The silver bracelet wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, and when you factored in the free shipping, it was much more of a bargain than I expected. A nice gift! The arrival date calculator is cool too.

Blue Nile is the best online jewelry out there. I recently bought my engagement right through them, and had a great experience. I went back and bought a diamond pendant and had a equally good experience!

I purchased a watch from blue nile that did not work when it arrived. upon looking closely at it, it looked as if it were refurbished or used. I contacted blue nile and they sent me another watch that also did not work. the customer service manager was certainly worried about blue nile but not to much about me. it will be the last time I do business with that company.
