The item shipped that day and I got a confirmation and tracking no. by email. Factoring in free shipping and no tax, this was the best price. It was the cheapest price offered among all vendors and it also included free shipping. Recieved the gate in 2 days. DKNJ30 Don't shop with these guys!! They don't value their customers! An employee incorrectly informed us that he had certain items in stock that we could pick up at their Brooklyn location. When we got there we were told they didn't have it in stock and that they could not have it delivered to us until 3 days later than we needed it. We left work early and drove 20 miles to go pick it up just because we told it was in stock. The employee told the manager that I hung up on him before he could correct himself re: having it in stock. Which is a COMPLETE lie! The employee was trying to save his hide! When we discussed our issues with the manager we asked for expedited shipping since it was an error on the part of their employee. The manager said it was too much money ($50-60) for them to cover and that I should foot the bill since I'm the one in need. We were looking to purchase $200 worth of items - and they didn't want to foot $50???? Stay away from these guys! CLEARLY maintaining customers is not a high priority for them!!
