I haven't used Avon in years but I came across an ad for free shipping so I thought I'd give it a shot. It was really easy to shop around the site and they'll give you a free gift if you spend $40. My order came 3 days after I ordered and it included all the products (as well as the free gift which included a great assortment of beauty products). overall, I would definitely shop at Avon.com again.

I recently made an order. I got almost everything buy one get one free, free shipping, and free bags. The order shipped fast. I had breakables that arrived perfect (packaged good). I am completely happy, and my sister is too cause she loved the extra bag they sent me!!!!

I recently placed an order at Avon.com. It was received within 4 days, except for one item. This item was marked discontinued. When I checked the website again I found the item still there, but now marked "not available" and you could enter your email address for when it became available. I called the company and questioned as to why my item was not put onto back order and the reply was "We don't do that" I would have to place another order when it becomes available and again pay for shipping. This is not a good practice in my book. Full Review
