I was given the tracking number on 5Aug but there was NO movement for the bag for the whole two weeks. I called customer service on 15/16/17 Aug and everytime the rep said he/she would called me back regarding the status. Nothing for 3 days. Finally got hold of the manager today and she promised to reship the bag. Hopefully this time I will get the bag which I paid for 3 weeks ago! Maybe this is a one-time incident but too much time just being wasted tracking down the order. The rep should be more helpful and this was just very poor service from Ebags. WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN.
