Used them for the first time, and ordered for someone in another state. They sent them out FedEx and the package arrived in fine shape. According to the person who I sent them to, they arrived looking perfect, and were well packed. They sat in the sun and according to all were as fine as anything from a local florist. Plus, it was nice to say they came "direct" from the source - though I did see that the origin point for FedEx was FL. Very satisfied.

I have ordered flowers from this company on more than one occasion and have found them absolutely reliable.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they were fine.

I felt compelled to write a few comments since the flowers (the Autumn Days bouquet) were sent to a former florist. She was very impressed with almost every aspect of the delivery....even called the bouquet "spectacular." Delivery was timely and secure, and all the stems were in water tubes. Instructions were very good, and the flowers lasted for over a week. The only slight complaint was that she had a difficult time finding the card that came with the flowers (but she eventually discovered it). I will definitely use this vendor in the future. I've ordered about 8 times. The last two times were the only problems, I had. One order, the flowers were turning brown. The other order was actually my fault with a wrong address. Proflowers called got the correct information and sent the flowers immediately. I thought this was great since I was told that they were about to cancel the order and refund me if they had not gotten hold of me.

Used to get great service and selection. Beautiful flowers. Lately though it's been a problem. Tried to order flowers for my Mother's Halloween birthday. Pretty Autumn mix petites were my second choice after my first Hocus Pocus. Both couldn't be delivered before Halloween. Wrote customer service and was told that "the grower advised them not to accept orders for any more Halloween week". Hmmm....could deliver for Nov.1st but not Oct. 29th or 30th. Very interesting. Was told I could get the petites in assorted with pink roses added. Nixed that idea not fitting the theme of her day. Oh well...back to the drawing board. I'm disappointed as this was my fav flower spot. Full Review

Ordered roses for my mother to be delivered on the eve of Valentine's Day, for the amount of money that I paid the flowers weren't worth it. A few of the flowers were turning brown, and not 'shipped budding' like the site implied, for a $60+ purchase with $2.99 extra for v-day shipping I was not satisfied, but my mother still loved it, [gotta love moms!]. I would not buy flowers from them again.

Proflower delivers flower through FedEx or some other express shipper, just like Martha's Flowers, and the package even looks similar. However, the quality of the flowers are very different!! Whereas Martha's Flowers' roses always lasted through a week, blossoming beautifully, the Proflowers' roses look pretty bad (soft) on the 4th day. Proflower's roses also make a rather bad impression on the recipient as the roses arrive with the outer pedals in bad condition. My wife had to peel off the outer pedals to get the fresh look. This is completely inexcusable ruins the positive surprise. Proflowers roses are generally priced a bit lower than those of Martha's Flowers, but given the quality difference, I strongly recommend that you pay a few more dollars to get a rather significant difference in quality. Orchid arrived bud blasted. Very small leaves and no roots.

Very bad quality. Now I understand the difference between flowers shipped in a FedEx box and those delivered by a florist!
