I've shopped with SmartBargains for years. I have just had a bad experience however. I placed an order on May 17, 2004 and as of today, May 27, it has not shipped. I called customer service May 24 and after holding for 30 min. I was told that my order had been delayed due to their warehouse move. (Not my problem and was not aware there would be a move). I was assured by a manager that my order would be sent out of warehouse immediately and my shipping charges would be refunded. I asked for expedited shipping as I really need the things I ordered. Manager said she would try, but couldn't promise. It's May 27 and my order is still in the warehouse. I called back and spoke to the same manager who was unapologetic (until very end of our conversation) and frequently interrupted me. I said that since the order hadn't shipped, would she make sure it went today and would she PLEASE expedite it since there was time to request that. I got the same runaround about maybe not having time to expedite shipping. Their customer service is greatly lacking as I don't feel anyone has helped me at all. I don't think I will shop here again in the future. Full Review
