Review of David Copperfield by Charles Dickens
    5.0 out of 5
    Must read book
"David Copperfield is a long, sprawling novel. In keeping with its autobiographical genesis, the book has a certain feel for the ungainliness and largeness of everyday life. In the earlier parts of David Copperfield, the novel has all of the power and resonance of Dickens' social critique of a Victorian society that had very few safeguards against the mistreatment of the poor and, particularly in its industrial heartlands." A beginning for a new industrial era was laid in this work. Right now probably the name David Copperfield has associated with show tickets las vegas and magician like it was with me until I read the book. This novel is poetry. To truly appreciate the beauty of the English language, one must read David Copperfield.

    Wonderful Book!
I like this book. It is slow in parts, but one of the best. In my opinion this book is better than Great Expectations, which is more popular. This book gives insight into various walks of life in England during that time. From Mr. Micawber to Mr. Murdstone. It's very long, but worth reading. If you like Charles Dickens, you should read this book. It has a little bit everything.
